We’re getting unusually severe cold for the UK right now (include some snowflakes and frost which is rare in the south) – the media is having a field day and has dubbed the cold front (or equivalent meteorological term) passing from Russia: ‘the Beast from the East’.
Brrr. Yes, this time of year can be very challenging–teases of spring coupled with bitter cold and snow. Stay warm–don’t run so fast you increase the wind chill factor!
