  1. I love orange autumn leaves. I couldn’t stop taking pictures of the fall leaves when I moved to Oregon two years ago. Breathtaking. This is the first time I have lived in a place with all four seasons!

    1. I find the leaf colors mesmerizing this time of year, too! Glad you’re getting a chance to enjoy the change of seasons. I like it, even as some seasons require a lot more effort to deal with than others. Each has such a distinct beauty!

      1. Nicely done 🙂 I need to work on my third lines of haiku. Finding the words to fit the syllable format is not usually too difficult for me, but getting the contrast/resolution that the third line is supposed to embody is challenging.

I garden, travel, am owned by 2 elderly cats, figure skate and am training for my first triathlon. April 2020: Three years later, the two elderly cats have crossed the rainbow bridge, and we now have an 11 year old adoptee, Ziggy. I'm done with triathlon and skating for the time being, and I am still physically active, running, biking and walking. It's now the time of the coronavirus, which is affecting us all.
